Redeem Code at CVA Machine
As a final step, go to the CVA machine associated with your laundry room. The location is provided in the blue box above. Insert your laundry card, select “Add Value”, and enter the code issued on the website. Your card is now loaded and you are ready to use the laundry machines! **The two standard CVA machine designs are shown in the photo. Please note that even though a machine might have a card swiper, it is only configured to work with the code system and does not accept onsite payments.
Purchase Revalue Code
Once the card has been registered, you will be able to select a revalue amount of $10, $20, $30, or $40. Make your selection then press “Add Value” to proceed. Enter your payment details and confirm the transaction with the “Pay Now” button. You will receive a ten-digit revalue code that can only be used at your CVA.
Register your Laundry Card
Next, you will be prompted to register your laundry card. Give it an alias like “my laundry card” then enter your card’s serial number. It is a ten-digit number on the bottom, back of the card. Laundry card serial numbers typically begin with 052 or 062.
Enter your CVA ID
The site asks you to enter the Laundry Room (CVA) you would like to associate with your account. Select the number shown in the blue CVA ID box above and press the “Set As My CVA” button. Once complete, press the “Add Value” button.
Create Account on Laundry Website
Use a web browser to navigate to lobosmanagement.com/laundry and select the “Create Account” button on the bottom of the screen.
