Signing Your Water & Sewage Agreement

In addition to the very important task of signing your lease, we also ask you to sign what is known as a Water & Sewage Agreement. Below is an example of what that looks like.

Please note that this is just a sample agreement, and your specific numbers may vary. The agreement outlines how your water charges are calculated. Your first water bill will include a $5 setup fee (which only appears on the first bill), along with a $2.60 service charge that is applied to each bill. The service charge will be incurred monthly.

Your water/sewage charges will be added to your account balance, which you can view at any time through your resident portal. These charges typically appear between the 20th and 29th of each month.

When you first move in, you can generally expect to see your first water bill during your second or third month of occupancy. It’s important to sign the water/sewage agreement just as you would your lease, as this task must be completed before keys can be issued.
