Welcome To Your Resident Portal!
Your rental office will send you a welcome email inviting you to access the Tenant Portal. From there, you’ll be able to set up your own login and password.

Below are some important FAQs about this part of the process.
Who Gets A Login?
Only tenants receive a login. Cosigners may use the tenant’s login if necessary, but this must be provided by the tenant—not by us. This is per policy, as we can only issue logins to actual residents.
When Can I Expect My Welcome Email?
You can expect your welcome email shortly after you are approved for your apartment. This email will include a link that allows you to create a password (generally, your username will be your email address).
When Does Access To My Portal End?
Access to the Tenant Portal is removed the day after your lease ends. For example, if your lease ends on 7/31, you can expect Portal access to end on 8/1.

Once you have logged in, you’ll see that the Tenant Portal is a one-stop shop for functions such as:
- Making Payments. When you click this tab, you can not only make payments but also view your ledger, which shows all charges on your account.
- Submitting Maintenance Requests. Click here for a comprehensive article on how to submit a maintenance request.
- Viewing Uploaded Documents. In your Documents section, we can upload a countersigned copy of your lease for you. Simply request this via email or phone, and once the landlord has signed, we’ll upload it to your portal.
- Finding Lease Information. Located on your Portal home page, you can view your account number, full mailing address, lease start and end dates, monthly rent amount, and deposits held.
- Announcements. Announcements are short, 140-characters-or-less messages that keep you informed about fun events, important updates, maintenance-related issues, and more happening at your property.

We hope this guide helps you make the most of your Tenant Portal. If you ever have questions or need assistance, our team is always happy to help!
