Accessing the Resident Center
Before your lease begins, you will receive an email invitation to create your Buildium Resident Center login credentials. Follow the link in the invitation to create your password and activate your account.
The Resident Center is the primary way residents communicate with Lobos Management. It allows residents and staff to track communication, monitor request progress, review payment history, access documents, and receive important property updates in one place.
After signing in, use the menu on the left side of the screen to access:
- Payments to make payments, review your balance, and view payment history.
- Requests to submit maintenance requests or send general inquiries.
- Announcements to review building notices and other important updates.
- Documents to access available lease and account documents.
- Contacts to find relevant Lobos Management contact information.
Use the same email address that received your Resident Center invitation when creating or accessing your account.
Having trouble signing in?
Confirm that you are using the correct email address and try the password-reset option on the login screen. If you did not receive an invitation or are still unable to access your account, contact your leasing office for assistance.
