Parking At Lobos Management Properties
For many of our residents, parking is a must-have. We always try to accommodate parking requests whenever possible. At our properties, you’ll notice that we offer three main forms of parking. Availability varies by building; some properties offer only street parking (which requires an agreement with the local government), while others offer more than one type.
These types include:
- Attached garages that connect directly to the property
- Detached garages located nearby but separate from the main structure
- Carports that provide covered parking without fully enclosed walls
- Open parking lots for convenient, uncovered parking
Costs vary depending on your location and the type of parking you choose. For example, a parking lot pass may cost $100 per month in Oakland, while a garage pass at the same property may cost $130 per month.
No matter which type of parking you choose, a parking pass is required. Depending on your parking type, you may also receive a garage door opener and/or manual garage key.
Your parking pass must always be clearly displayed by hanging it from your rearview mirror. If a pass is not visible and a tow is called (which can occur when lots are full of vehicles without passes), your vehicle may be towed. We work with a towing company, AA&T, to help ensure that only authorized vehicles are parked in our lots.
Your Parking Addendum
As noted in your lease, a parking addendum is required in order to park at our properties. This contractual agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions for using a designated parking space at your residence.
